What deposit do you require?  

We charge a minimal deposit of £50.  This secures your wedding date but we do not hold you to the guest numbers on your booking form; we realise this will not be confirmed until you receive your replies.  Therefore, we ask you to contact us to arrange final payment 2 weeks before your date.  

 

When should we book? 

As an indicator most of our bookings are received 12mths in advance. However, we do have enough stock and flexibility to fit in a wedding should you decide to book 1 week before the wedding. We do only book 1 wedding per date so it is advisable to book as far in advance as possible.  We only do 1 wedding per day because we like to concentrate our full efforts on perfecting the room for your arrival.    

 

How do I book?  

There is a booking form to complete with a deposit of £50 to reserve the date.   If you contact us then we can send this out to you.  Some customers like to arrange a viewing which we will organise upon request.   

 

Who sets up the room?  

 The cost includes delivery and fitting by us.  We usually arrive on the morning of the wedding and set everything up before your guests start arriving.  Sometimes we may arrange with either yourselves or the venue to set-up the day before, dependant on availability.  Usually your venue will set up the tables and put out your favours etc but if you would like us to do this then we can arrange.    

 

How much are chair covers?

Our chair covers are £4 each to hire.  Our covers and sashes are handmade to absolute perfection. We believe that our prices offer amazing value for money. The £4 per cover includes sash, delivery, setting up and collection.
